To help you plan your budget accordingly, please note that the following costs are not included in this package:

Domain costs (typically around £12 per year).
Hosting costs for your new Wix website (which typically range from £100-£250 per year, depending on rates and discounts available).

What platform do you use?

Our websites are powered by Wix and built in Editor X, a leading website builder chosen for its intuitive and optimised platform, as well as its user-friendly backend. Wix enables me and my clients to easily maintain and update websites, making it a really accessible platform. Additionally, Wix is known for providing top-grade security to ensure the safety of your website.

Are there any hidden fees and costs?

We believe in full transparency and promise that there are no hidden fees! The only extra cost you'll need to consider, in addition to the design fee, is the standard yearly hosting subscription that is required for every website but we will discuss the exact costs of your project with you before we begin any work. If you require any additional pages or functionality, you can customise one of the packages to meet your specific needs and we will go over these add-ons in more detail during our planning session.

Do I need a domain?

Yes. You’ll need to purchase this prior to design day. We recommend getting a domain from Godaddy.com which allows for a smooth and easy connection process to Wix.

How do I pay?

For all packages, a 50% deposit is required upon agreeing to work together and the remaining balance on completion of your website, however, if require a payment plan, we can discuss that during our discovery call.

We will send you a comprehensive questionnaire that delves into your business objectives and goals. This will help us better understand your unique needs and requirements. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will schedule a 1+ hour strategy session. During this session, we will work closely with you to gain a deeper understanding of your business. We will ask you detailed questions about your business's inner workings, values, ideal customers, and goals. In addition to discussing your business, we will also discuss your website needs, including layout, functionality, pages, fonts, colours, copy, and more. This is an opportunity for us to fully understand your vision for your website and to ensure that we can deliver exactly what you need. Finally, we will work with you to set dates for a website build week that is dedicated exclusively to your project. This ensures that we can focus all our resources and attention on your website, making sure it meets all your requirements and exceeds your expectations

After our call, we'll start the content-gathering process for your website. This includes collecting visual assets, branding information, and any other details we need to create a compelling site. To ensure that we capture your unique voice and vision, we'll need as much input from you as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process before the build week begins. To help you create high-converting copy that aligns with your brand and audience, we'll send you a comprehensive tone of voice and copy guide. This will remove any guesswork about what to write and where to write it. After you've completed the copy guide, we'll schedule a quick check-in call to review it together. During this call, we'll offer feedback and ensure that all gaps are closed before we move on to the design stage.

Design week

Design Week is where the magic happens, we will work tirelessly to bring your website vision to life. We understand the importance of keeping you in the loop and will provide daily updates on our progress. Day 1: We'll bring your ideas to life by creating your homepage. Once we've finished, we'll send it to you for approval. This is your chance to review the design and message to ensure we're on the same page before we proceed. Day 2: We'll build all of the inner pages of your website, based on the approved design and layout. Day 3: We'll optimize your website for mobile devices, ensuring that it functions seamlessly on screens of all sizes. Day 4: We'll spend this day fine-tuning your site for search engine optimization (SEO), so it ranks well on Google and other search engines. We'll also provide you with a draft copy of your website so that you can provide feedback and suggestions for final adjustments before launch day. Day 5: It's launch day! We'll schedule a 30-minute call with you to review the website and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Once you give us the green light, we'll launch your site and make it live for the world to see.
