Terms + Conditions
General
-
All work is confidential and will not be shared publicly without your written permission.
-
You will own full copyright and intellectual property for any work created for you.
-
You are responsible for ensuring that any images or content you provide are properly licensed or owned by you.
-
Any content or images I provide will be sourced legally and with permission.
-
Your personal data will be deleted upon request once our working relationship ends.
Working with me
-
We’ll begin with a free initial consultation.
-
All work will be agreed on via email or phone and outlined in a clear quote.
-
I aim to produce work to a high standard but can’t guarantee results like sales or business success.
-
I only take on work that I feel qualified for.
-
I reserve the right to decline or stop work that is illegal, unethical or outside my values.
-
All work is proofread on my end, but final responsibility for checking content lies with you.
-
I work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time unless otherwise agreed).
-
Any urgent work or communication outside of hours must be agreed in advance.
-
If there are errors in my work, you must notify me within 48 hours. Fixes caused by my mistake are free; changes outside scope will be billed hourly.
Projects + Timelines
-
A design slot will be allocated before your project starts. You must:
-
Be available during that window to provide timely feedback
-
Supply all assets (text, images, branding, etc.) before the slot begins
-
-
If you delay the project by not providing feedback or required assets on time, a £140 per week holding fee will be added.
-
I aim to meet agreed deadlines, but I’m not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late replies or technical issues out of my control.
Payment Terms
-
Project work is split: 50% deposit upfront, 50% on completion.
-
Additional costs (e.g., stock photos, third-party subscriptions) will be invoiced separately.
-
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
-
Late payments may incur 10% interest per month on the overdue amount.
-
Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid.
-
If you cancel a project, 30 days’ written notice is required. You’re responsible for paying for all work done to that point, and any scheduled hours during the notice period.
